Noelle and Glen said their vows at the Nazareth Chapel at the University of Northwestern and celebrated their marriage at the St. Paul Hotel. One of the most unique things about this wedding was that Noelle wore her mother’s wedding dress, which had been altered slightly to her style. The dress was stunning! This priceless family heirloom clearly brought such joy to Noelle’s wedding day. We loved photographing the wedding dress in the grand entrance of the Nazareth Chapel; the light shining through the window accentuated the classic silk fabric perfectly. We photographed the majority of the portraits around the University of Northwestern where we were able to capture the warm colors of October in Minnesota. Following the ceremony we headed over to Rice Park in St. Paul to take a few more portraits of the bride and groom. The city lights were a nice contrast to the colorful background of the earlier portraits. Then we proceeded onto the elegant reception at the St. Paul Hotel; one of the most elegant venues St. Paul has to offer. Not only is the reception hall beautiful, but the food is incredible and the service is impeccable!
